Well talking about the writers, they don’t acknowledge their writers anywhere, not even at a single point. So you don’t know who the writer is and when you don’t know about the maker of anything you can’t expect quality.
Their testimonials are no testimonials. They are names with quotes. The prime reason for that is that real testimonials are much insulting for the company.
And as far as a sample are concern, they also look fake because there is no evidence given that these were written by this company.
There is no pricing plan on this website. All you know about pricing is that they provide you 30 per cent discount on first order but since there is no pricing plan so you can't even judge about that 30 per cent discount as well. Their customer support consists of multiple phone number, a mailing id and other social ids as well. Their customer support sounds average if you read their ‘how it works’ section. You give the orders, make payments and assign your work. There is nothing special in it.
Once the order is complete, and you receive it you are asked to provide them with feedback. However, you can always request for revision, but there are certain policies on it. You must visit terms of use before placing an order.
