Every now and then a company emerges out of nowhere and claim itself to be the best writing company ever. They put best everywhere they can on their website. But most of these companies are not even good, forget about best. Uk.bestessays.com is one such company. This company exist online only and has no physical existence. Today we are going to review them on 14 different bases.
Their pricing calculator calculates the price in euros. And there is nothing special about it; it is average. It doesn’t even give you options such as currency, education level, subject and many more. The price it calculates is just an average, which means that isn’t the original price you have to pay. Original price is way higher than that. In short, it’s a trap for customers.
Well, I talked to their live chat customer care officer jut to know about the quality of their service, and literally after having a detail conversation with that guy I don’t think they even know anything about quality. On my question about names and academic/professional background of the writers, CC officer replied “we don’t have the names of our writers” he also said, “our writers are expert and PhD”. The point to ponder is what kind of a company doesn’t know its employee’s name but knows their academic background? I asked them about any proof of their writers being PhD’s to which they said that they keep their writer’s info private. All the time they kept asking me to place an order. After all, this one thing is cleared that their writers are neither PhD’s nor professionals. They are a bunch of freelancers, as when I asked them “how would I know that the writer working for me is professional and PhD for real?” they replied, “we put your assignment instructions in the system and then it generates the writer” which confirm this that they hire freelancers, not a professional writer. Moreover, this company does not exist physically; it’s based on the internet. So once your cash is gone, it’s gone.
If you set everything to basic, you will see that they charge £29.16 for a simple essay of 250 words. First of all that is already too much money for a half page, second it’s just an average price the original price is higher than this and third and last their writers are not even professionals.
Even after reading all of this, if somehow, you are interested in their services than for your knowledge they provide only academic service. Which isn’t good as a freelancer can be anybody. A high school drop-out maybe or maybe a bar-tender without specific qualifications. Who knows?
Though I didn’t place the order, in my 20 mins of conversation with customer support, they were not helping in anything. After every reply, he was asking me to buy their services which kind of feel disrespected, that instead of clearing my query CS guy is trying to earn some money or order from me.
I didn’t place the order as the company wasn’t trustworthy. All they care about is making money out of you. And as per reports, they block you as soon as you make the payment. So there is no question about customer support after the order.
As said by the CS guy himself, they don’t know the name of the writers, but their writers are PhD’s, to which he didn’t provide me with any evidence, which was my right to know as a customer. So I don’t think that there is even writers working in this firm. They are scammers and frauds.
As per reports deliveries are wrong, always late, plagiarized and poorly written.
Do you think that a company who don’t know the names of its own core employees would let their writer communicate with you? No chance.
Though they provide money-back guarantee but don’t trust them, because in a case like this once money is out of your hands, it is never returning back.
They don’t offer any discounts right now.
You can pay them using debit or credit card, but I won’t suggest you do that until you want to burn your own hard earned money.
With such companies, the concept of refund looks more like a joke to me.
Well, the company doesn’t exist physically, they hire free-lancers and lie that they are PhD’s, they don’t even know about their own writers, their customer support is disrespectful, they block you as soon as you make the payment and they are big-time frauds and scammers. We rate them 1.5/5
